Both players are having outstanding seasons. Towns, currently No. 4 in the MVP race, is averaging 25.1 points, 13.9 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game while shooting an impressive 43.3% from three. Brunson, meanwhile, has elevated his playmaking, averaging a career-high 7.3 assists along with 26 points per game. His clutch performances have been pivotal in helping the Knicks’ star-studded lineup thrive.
